Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order handling time takes about 1 - 3 day (Mon. to Fri.) and shipping time 5 - 9 days (Mon. to Fri.) We also have an order cut-off time of  22:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Check our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any of your items (with the exception of defective and/or incorrectly received items).

When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive your return and approved the return, you will get the refund within 14 days on your original payment method.

Can i cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it. Please check your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

We will e-mail you a tracking code. You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective product, or receive the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product. If you need to return the defective product to us, we will cover these costs.

What if I want to return an item due to a change of mind?

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
